Complete set of access control lock Voyager by JNF. Blind plate on both sides. Handle IN.00.028.SR IN.20.601.R mortice lock, with anti-panic and anti-card function. CE Certification, Fireproof / Smoke - (EN 12209/EN 179). Connection switch to the access control that monitors the dead bolt from the inside. European profile cylinder IN.19.S05.35.35 (hidden and accessible in case of emergency). With a simple design, the CITY access control stands out for its great compatibility with different locks, diversity of finishes and handle models. It was born as the second generation of a very reliable and robust JNF system.

FAQs

1. Enable Bluetooth and check permissions
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and the VOYAGER app has all necessary permissions enabled (location, Bluetooth, notifications).

2. Reset the lock
Locate the reset button next to the battery compartment.
Press and hold the button until you hear 5 consecutive beeps, then release it immediately after the fifth beep. The lock will enter pairing mode.

3. Access the “Devices” menu
Open the VOYAGER app and go to the Devices section.

4. Add a new device
Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to begin the pairing process.

5. Select the lock model
Choose the correct lock model you want to pair, such as IN.27.500.

6. Activate pairing mode with the card
Swipe an RFID card on the lock’s reader to activate pairing mode.

7. Complete the pairing
If all steps have been followed correctly, the lock will pair successfully. Your device is now ready to use with the VOYAGER app.
